He designed and implemented an application that performs automated analysis of the power demand from consumers. Thanks to this solution, the way analyses are conducted was standardized, aligned with applicable legal regulations in this area, and the cost of performing such an analysis was reduced.
He designed and implemented a submission system to organize work within the department. The solution was based on the Office365 platform: SharePoint and Power Automate. It includes functions for adding submissions via email and notifying relevant people about new submissions as well as archiving submissions on the SharePoint program List.
He designed and implemented automation for the first stage of the billing process. The solution improved the process of billing recipients based on remote meter readings by automating certain manual tasks in the process, such as: initial validation of input data from the reading system and ensuring the correct data format when importing into the billing system. The automation saved an estimated 20 working hours in the billing cycle.
One of Mr. Rafał's greatest achievements was creating an application for automating repetitive tasks on the computer screen. The application allows recording actions performed with the keyboard and mouse and replaying them multiple times. Using this tool, Mr. Rafał significantly streamlined the work of entering or correcting data in ERP systems.
For all of his solutions, Rafał prepared documentation for all of his solutions and trained other employees on how to use them so that they could continue to be used and developed after he left. [...]
