A website for a small local business — food, beauty, florists, trades — delivered as a done-for-you product. The briefing takes half an hour; we handle the rest: copy, photos, block layout, local SEO and the Google Business Profile.
The owner edits the menu, prices and opening hours in a Google Sheet they already use, with no CMS login and no new tool to learn, and the change is live within minutes. Static hosting keeps running costs near zero; the only unavoidable expense is the domain registration.

For companies of roughly 20–100 people with no BI team, where someone spends hours each week assembling a management report by hand. The engine pulls the current rows from the client’s spreadsheets, computes the KPIs configured for them, and e-mails a finished report to the right people, on a fixed schedule and in a consistent shape.
It is push rather than pull: nobody logs into another platform and nobody learns DAX or Power Query. You pay for the result, not for a per-seat licence. We run it as a managed service — after onboarding the client does nothing, and if a report fails to go out, we are the ones who find out.
There is no app to click through at the link. The product deliberately has no public interface, because the report arrives by e-mail; the operator panel is an internal RAFIT TECH tool behind a login. We put a sample together on your own numbers.

For wholesalers and distributors running a single sales office, where stock and sales data live in separate spreadsheets and the company hears about a stockout from a customer rather than from its own system.
The core consolidates that into one source of truth: a scheduled import from a sheet or CSV, every stock change recorded as an append-only movement (type, quantity, reason, who, when), the current level derived from that history, and threshold alerts sent by e-mail and SMS. The sales office gets an operator panel from day one. Further modules — PDF quotes, a B2B ordering portal, reorder forecasting, price lists, margin reports — attach to the core without rebuilding it.
The page behind this link describes the product; it is not a working demo. There is no system to log into and no sample data to click through. The core (Module 0) is built; modules 1–6 are the roadmap. Deployment needs its own machine with PostgreSQL and database backups — that hosting cost is real and forms part of the implementation price.
