Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Rafał Pstrokoński, trading as RAFIT TECH, ul. Karola Huberta Rostworowskiego 36/12, 71-262 Szczecin, Poland, VAT ID PL8522729342, REGON 543754230, e-mail: contact@rafittech.com.
For any question about your data, write to the e-mail address above.
What data I collect
I collect only what you enter in the contact form, plus basic technical data recorded when it is submitted:
- name and e-mail address (required),
- company name and phone number (optional),
- the content of your message,
- IP address, browser information and the page the form was sent from — used solely to limit spam.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your data is processed to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: replying to someone who contacted me, and protection against abuse).
I do not use your data for marketing without separate consent, and I never sell it.
How long I keep it
Correspondence is kept for 24 months after our last contact; if we end up working together, for the period required by tax and accounting law. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Who else processes it
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and the application receiving the form runs on my own VPS. E-mail is handled through Microsoft 365. If you book a call through the booking calendar, the details you enter there go to Microsoft Bookings.
These providers process the data on my instruction, or as independent controllers within their own services.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing stored is your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage — it never leaves your device.
If I add visitor statistics in future, it will be a cookieless solution without profiling, and this page will be updated to say so.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
